If you refuse delivery, multiple attempts will be made to deliver your package. However, YAAO reserve the right to abandon the package and will not issue a refund. Please ensure your address details are correct to avoid issues with delivery.
5. Will I be charged extra taxes or fees?
Import taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary depending on your country. Please check with your local customs office for specific rates.
6. Can I get a refund if my order is delayed?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days, we offer a 100% refund for the affected item. While we aim for quicker shipping, customs processing times can vary, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.

You can cancel your order within 5 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and production begins. For urgent cancellations, please contact our support team immediately.
